We called the office to set up an appointment, and they came out promptly to measure the area and provide a quote. They even brought samples so we could see how everything looked with our wall color and trim. Being able to view the carpet in our own home before making a decision was a huge plus. Early in the hardwood installation process Peg and I were nervous since we never had flooring of this type. Buddy and Natasha went over step by step what to expect. Boy are we glad we took action! From day one Buddy and crew worked meticulously to make our expectations a reality. Time and cost factors were in line with the proposal given at the onset. The end result was a stunning, natural rustic red oak laid out better than we could have imagined. It is easy to give a five star rating, very deserving and pleased to the max!

The selection for carpet and LVP was perfect. Pat and Buddy did a great job with the installation, everything looks great. Only hiccup was the job wasn’t finished on the day I was previously told but, the outcome is great.
