We're a family-shop commercial installer. That means we do the commercial work most national flooring contractors either price themselves out of or treat as a nuisance: small-business single-location jobs where the owner will actually be on-site. Offices, restaurants, medical and dental practices, light retail. If it's one building, one decision-maker, and under roughly 8,000 sq ft of floor — we're the right shop.
What we don't take is the stuff most folks picture when they hear “commercial flooring.” No multi-site national accounts where the spec comes from a procurement team three states away. No industrial-scale factory jobs with forklifts and epoxy plants. No big-box bureaucracy. The honest version: we're not set up for it, and if we took it we wouldn't do it well. We'd rather be the best option for a London dentist than an average option for a national chain.

Natasha comes to the space. She takes measurements, looks at your existing subfloor, asks about traffic patterns and hours of operation, and talks through what your staff and customers need the floor to do. The site walk is free, and you leave with a realistic scope — not a guess off a floor plan.
We write up a clean scope of work with product options, pricing, and a proposed install schedule. For most commercial jobs that means nights or weekends — restaurants on Sunday–Monday overnights, offices Friday through Sunday, medical offices phased across a weekend. You approve the window before we order anything.
Once the scope is signed, Natasha orders the product and locks the install dates on Buddy's calendar. Commercial-grade LVT, carpet tile, VCT, and commercial tile lead times vary — she'll give you a real date, not an “it should be here by.” Pre-stage happens the day before so install day is clean.
Buddy is on-site for every commercial install. If we phase the job — zone by zone while you stay open — he runs the zones so the transitions line up and the seams disappear. Low-VOC adhesives mean no off-gassing for your staff or customers. Most 3–7 day commercial jobs wrap on schedule.
Last step is a walk with you before we leave. We check transitions, seams, and cleanup with the owner, hand over the product-warranty paperwork, and confirm the 2-year workmanship warranty in writing. If anything feels off in the first two years, call Natasha and we come back.
